What type of leather do you use?
We use top grain GENUINE cow leather for all of our leather products. All hair on hide products are genuine COWHIDE. Refer to product details for more info.
What type of warranty/guarantee do you offer?
We stand behind our products. In addition to our return policy we offer a 90 day warranty on our handmade leather goods. If anything is found defective with the workmanship on the item we will fix it at no cost to you. See warranty details at bottom of page.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States only. (All 50 states)
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We want you to be happy with your item so we do allow returns. Please message us (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving purchase. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving. If for any reason the product is defective, or wrong item we will pay for it to be shipped back and you will be fully refunded. Returns concerning fit, color, opinion will incur a 20 % restock fee that will be taken off total refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We also offer 90 day warranty on all handmade leather goods. See above.
How soon will I get my item?
We have fast shipping! Once your order is placed we will ship out within 2 business days . We use USPS for shipments (either priority or first class depending on weight). Estimated delivery times for priority mail is 1-3 business days. First class estimated delivery : 2- 5 business days. Faster options are available, please contact for express shipping needs. We can not guarantee a certain delivery time , just give estimates based on USPS.
What payments are accepted?
We currently accept payments through Paypal . You can pay with credit card or debit card through Paypal , without even needing an account. PayPal accepts all types of credit/debit cards. Paypal is the top choice for online payments due to its high security.
What if I have an issue with my order/questions/ need customer service ?
You can send us a message via email : email@example.com or click Contact to send us a message. Someone will reply within 2 business days. To avoid your message being sent to spam please put ” Wander + Whim Supply ” in the subject line.
How do I care for my leather product?
Leather is natural and will change as it ages. You can expect leather to darken when exposed to sunlight for lengthy periods. Leather also will soften with use. Sharp objects should not be used around the edges of the product/near leather lacing. Be careful not to get suede & hair on hide products wet.. Use a suede brush on suede products. You can clean hair on hide leather using a vinegar and water solution or a leather cleaner specific for its type. We recommend Otterwax products for cleaning and conditioning most leather goods .
Please note :
Leather is natural and has natural imperfections that are specific to each hide and the tanning process . Some examples may include change in tones, grain, spots, marks etc. These imperfections are not defects but give leather character & we prefer to work with what the hide offers instead of throw away pieces that are not traditionally perfect. We often use the raw edge of the hide to create a unique product & to eliminate waste.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation ( subject to verification)
We will provide return shipping for valid warranty claims- items that have a manufacture defect or flaw.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product for non-warranty repairs.
Wander + Whim Supply is not responsible for missing packages .
When shipping, please use a trackable carrier and request an insurance policy equal to the value of your return.
Using an unauthorized service provider to fix goods voids the 1 Year Guarantee.
If your merchandise is unable to be repaired, replacement merchandise will be given in exchange at equal or lesser value of original items.
Warranties are non-transferable.
Defects valid for warranty do NOT include the following:
User wear and tear from normal use such as:
Worn edges or corners from daily use
Natural fading and softening of materials
Stains, spots and spills
Stretching from wear/use
Damage to finishes or seams from friction/rubbing
Improper conditioning and cleaning
Linings that are ripped, stained or worn from normal use.
Misuse, neglect, abuse or accidental damage such as:
Rips or scratches
Gashes and tears
Harsh chemicals or cleaners
Third party alterations
Theft, loss or intentional damage.
